Our ABA Therapy Intake Process
At Catalyst Behavior Solutions, we know starting ABA services can feel overwhelming. That’s why we’ve created a clear, supportive, and stress-free intake process for families. Here’s what you can expect:
1. Initial Contact
Your journey begins with a quick phone call or by clicking “Get Started.”
During this first conversation, we’ll learn more about your child and gather basic information such as:
- Diagnosis and age
- Insurance provider
- Previous ABA therapy experience
- Current concerns or goals
We’ll also explain how our approach stands out and how we’ve supported other families just like yours.
2. Submit Documents
To begin, we’ll ask you to send:
- A copy of your insurance card (front and back)
- Your child’s diagnostic evaluation
- Immunization records
- Referral (if required by your insurance)
3. Insurance Verification & Intake Documents
Once your documents are received, we’ll verify your insurance benefits and clearly explain your coverage.
You’ll then receive our Intake Documents, which outline all of our policies and include the required documentation needed for your child’s assessment.
4. Schedule a Tour or Consultation
We’ll coordinate a time for you to visit the center, meet our team, and see the space.
5. Assessment & Planning
Once your Intake Documents are completed and your child is a good fit for services, we’ll schedule a comprehensive assessment with one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
This assessment helps us develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your child’s unique strengths and needs.
6. Starting Services
After your child’s treatment plan is approved, we’ll work with you to schedule a start date.
Most children begin services within one week of plan approval.
