Meet Our Team

Natalie Cliften


Natalie is the Co-Owner of Catalyst Behavior Solutions and is the Director over our ABA Programs. She has a Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from Endicott College and is currently certified as a BCBA. Before creating Catalyst, Natalie worked as a Support Coordinator and State Behaviorist for The Division of Services for People with Disabilities in Utah, and was also the Co-Founder of Apex Behavior Consulting.   Natalie has worked in numerous capacities in this field for the past 18 years, and specializes in working with adults and adolescents with autism.

Heather Blair


Heather has a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing her BCBA. Heather is licensed as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor and in addition to family and individual counseling, she works as a masters level behaviorist. Heather is the Director of Operations here at Catalyst, and also oversees our mental health and behavior consulting departments. She has over seven years of experience working with people with disabilities and specializes in problem behavior.


Assistant Director of Catalyst Operations

Meg is currently pursuing her degree in Business Administration from Weber State University. Before joining the Catalyst team as an RBT and administrator, Meg had worked with children for almost 10 years as a general studies tutor, a small business manager, and volunteered in numerous leadership positions within peer support groups and other non-profit organizations. Meg is one of our most dedicated and knowledgeable employees and oversees all our HR, billing, contracting, authorizations, and marketing needs for Catalyst. Bekka Doyle


Assistant Director of ABA Operations

Bekka graduated from Ball State with a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She assists in managing the day to day operations of our ABA programs mainly handling scheduling, intakes, and authorizations. She has worked with children and individuals with disabilities for most of her life and is passionate about helping the children and families she works with to reach their full potential. Bekka specializes in working with individuals with severe behavior problems and adolescents and teens with autism.


Jennifer BrighT

Social Skills Manager

Jennifer graduated from Weber State University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Phoenix. Jennifer is licensed as an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor, engaging in individual and family counseling. As the Social Skills Director, Jennifer helps write and create our social skills curriculum and oversees our social skills groups. Jennifer is also a Behavior Consultant and is working toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).


Brigitte Ferguson

Training and OBM Manager

Brigitte graduated from the University of Koblenz in Germany with a Master's degree in Education with specializations in Social Work and Early Childhood Education. Brigitte is a BCBA that brings extensive knowledge and expertise in the area of Organization Behavior Management (OBM) and has also created an in depth training for our Registered Behavior Technicians. She has several years of experience working with individuals of all ages and abilities, and has a strong background in Functional Assessment and behavior reduction.

Valerie Gunther


Valerie Gunther is a Behavior Consultant & Behavior Analyst in Training while she works towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has a double Masters degree including a Masters in Education from Montana State University. Valerie provides behavior consultation under the DHS contract, serving System of Care and Foster Care families throughout Utah. Before joining Catalyst, Valerie worked in the field in various other states including Idaho, Washington, and Oregon. Valerie has worked with adults and children with disabilities for the past 14 years.

Meagan Mickelsen

Behavior Consultant

Meagan has graduate degrees in Social Work from Walla Walla University, along with a Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from Endicott College. Meagan works as a Masters level behaviorist and she is currently pursuing her BCBA. Meagan has over ten years of experience working with individuals with a wide variety disabilities, but specializes in those with severe behavior problems or mental illness.

Kenon Wakefield

Behavior Consultant

Kenon graduated from Brigham Young University, with an undergraduate degree in Human Development.  She later completed a Masters Degree in Educational Counseling from the University of Phoenix.  Kenon worked as a youth counselor in the juvenile justice system for several years.  After taking a break to raise 5 children, Kenon started working as a behavior consultant three years ago and is currently pursuing her BCBA.  

Our RBT’s

Catalyst’s team of Registered Behavior Technicians are highly trained and certified in Applied Behavior Analysis. They provide behavioral interventions in home, community, and school settings and use ABA interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce problematic behaviors. Catalyst RBT’s receive extensive ongoing on-the-job training in the areas of data collection procedures, implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction interventions, and the principles and procedures of behavior analysis.

Catalyst's Behavior Consultants have completed or are currently enrolled in specialized behavior analysis coursework, most have completed at least one graduate degree. Our behaviorists have all obtained or are working towards completing full certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Behavior Analyst. All behaviorists have experience working with people with disabilities prior to starting their intensive training as a behavior consultant. Behaviorists work with clients and their support team to assess problem behaviors that are targeted in a behavior plan, they also work to highlight a clients strengths and increase their skills as they replace negative patterns that are occurring in the clients home, program, school, job or community. Our behaviorists maintain ongoing communication to track progress and collect data to make adjustments and update skills as a client is able to progress. The behavior consultants role also includes training the client and their supports to implement evidence based interventions and reinforcement strategies to help the client generalize and maintain progress long term.

Brittany Ovalle

Mental Health Therapist

Brittany graduated from Utah State University with a dual bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Family and Human Development with an emphasis in Family and Community Services. She later attended the University of Utah, and earned a master’s degree in Social Work with an emphasis in Mental Health. Brittany is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is a Mental Health Therapist at Catalyst Behavior Solutions.

Mallory Boegler

Mental Health Therapist

Mallory graduated from the University of Utah with an undergraduate double major in Psychology and Human Development and Family Studies. She is currently enrolled in Arizona State University Master of Education Applied Behavior Analysis program. She is projected to graduate in December 2019. Mallory is working towards become a Board-Certified Behavior Analysts. Mallory has worked in the field of developmental disabilities for 8 years ranging from a special education teacher, a group home manager, and presently a Behavior Consultant for adults and children with developmental disabilities.
